We deliver to 27,000+ pin codes across India, including remote and special regions such as:

  • Union Territories including Andaman & Nicobar Islands

2. Shipping Time

  • Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 10 business days, depending on the customer’s location.

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to factors such as distance, courier serviceability, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical issues.

  • Remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times.

3. Shipping Partners
We use trusted courier services to ensure reliable delivery, including:

  • Shiprocket

  • Delhivery

  • Xpressbees

Courier partner selection is based on serviceability and efficiency for your location.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

5. Delivery Attempts & Failures

  • Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts.

  • If the customer is unavailable or refuses delivery, the order may be returned to us.

  • In such cases, we reserve the right to charge shipping costs or restrict future orders, especially for repeated failed deliveries.

6. Delays & Liability

  • While we aim for timely delivery, 99Bookstore is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, natural events, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and should not be considered binding.

7. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses may lead to delays or non-delivery, for which we are not responsible.

8. Tracking Information

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be provided via SMS/email (if applicable), allowing you to monitor delivery status.

9. Special Conditions for COD Orders

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders above ₹5000, advance payment terms apply as per our Terms & Conditions.

  • Repeated COD rejections may lead to account restrictions.
